germs in the airplane bathroom?

i have never used the restroom on a plane,i bring my own toilet...like the ones they train kids with. i dont know why but i think it is because of the germs in the bathrooms. from what i have heard people like to "enjoy" themselves in the restrooms, i beleive it is called the mile high club? how should i get over my fear of using a planes bathroom? or should i keep using my training potty?

Do you use public bathrooms in general? Because airplane bathrooms are probably much cleaner on average -- sanitary conditions are pretty important on planes, and the staff tends to tidy up after every flight.

The "mile high club" isn't exactly an urban myth, but it's pretty close. If someone claims to be in it, chances are good that they're lying to you. In reality, few are sneaky enough to manage it in a highly-visible, highly-secure place like an airplane. And besides, think about it... not exactly the most rewarding sex ever. Crammed into the world's tiniest bathroom, you'd better not make any sudden moves or try any funky positions. I'd rather do it in a submarine, really...

There will alwsays be germs everywhere. Not sure if it's called the mile high club. You should get your fear of using a plane's bathroom by actually using it. It's best to not use your training potty.

Don't worry about germs in the bathroom of an airplane. Airlines clean up the bathrooms in all their planes, and before each flight. The "mile high club," is just something that isn't true.

The roar of the jet engines and the air being sucked through the cooling/ventilation system is usually enough background noise to cover any bathroom sounds you may make, even passing gas. Generally, the same is true if you are sitting on the potty inside. After meals and right before descent, lots of people go to the toilet and crowds may gather outside the toilets. Try to time your toilet visits at quieter times, like when everyone has settled down to watch movies or sleep. Happy traveling!

I don't like to use public bathrooms either....but, I always carry toilet seat liners with me and a small can of disenfectant....but if you're flying you won;t be able to take an aerosol...so just purchase some disposable wipes like lysol or any brand......wipe EVERYTHING really well before and after you use the toilet.

And don't forget to use a paper towel to open and close the door.

They are clean! A flight attendany disinfects the lavatory before and after a flight and they are cleaner then a public bathroom.

i would use the bathrooms on the plane just use a ton of disinfectant before sitting or touching anything

Dettol or Jif or something. The ones that kill 99.9% of germs.

everywhere you go there is germs. but airplanes much cleaner....
