Site says gratuities included. So I assume I wouldnt for food and drink, but curious on the maid service.

Yes, and we have many times. If the housekeeping did an excellent service in your room, why not thank them for it.

Tip them when they are in the room. Some places are picky about it. Bartenders you ABSOLUTELY must tip. If you want them to look at you before anyone else.

I would and I did. You might even something out of it. They might go the extra mile and do something nice for you.
