last year we went to hawaii we are a family of 3 i am 15 and my parents obviously. i wanted to know of a place like Hawaii we can visit we live in Los Angeles. Last year hawaii was great i liked it because there was a lot to do. We went to a couple of places and we relaxed for like 4 days so it was a great mixture. We want to go somewhere like that in which there is a mixture of activity and relax. NOT A CITY please like LA somewhere clean nice and in the west coast not much driving and just like hawaii but not hawaii. We can fly for like 2 hours max not more than that. And not many spotlight cities somewhere nice and relxaing yet many attractions. Also a nice airport because i take airplane pictures. Any recommendations?

I used to go camping alot when I was younger with family or friends who've since moved away etc. I was wondering is it ok to go out camping alone? I would go to a campground, that has a ranger and make sure there are people around me( not to close). I'm 37, and pretty independent, also know how to take care of myself.
