The answer above me is incorrect. You cannot travel between all EU countries with a visa from one of them. Fifteen countries in Europe participate in the Schengen agreement, which makes it possible to travel to all those countries with just one visa, a Schengen visa, but this visa is only valid in the Schengen countries, not all EU countries. The Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary are not yet in Schengen, so you probably need to apply for a visa in all of them (a tourist visa for the Czech Republic and Hungary and a transit visa for Slovakia).
Below are links to the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of those countries, where you should be able to find more detailed information:
Czech Republic: http://www.mzv.cz/wwwo/mzv/default.asp?idj=2&amb=1
Hungary: http://www.mfa.gov.hu/kum/en/bal/
Slovakia: http://www.mzv.sk/servlet/content?MT=/App/WCM/main.nsf/vw_ByID/ID_B282288063522198C1256C7D003A13DF_SK&OpenDocument=Y&NCH=Y&menu=0&OB=0&LANG=EN
Enjoy your trip!
