Try looking into a study abroad program at a nearby college.

The best thing to do and it is the best time. Check out the universities in the countires that you are interested in going to and check the courses that are available. Many colleges offer exchange programs and offer facilities for foreign students to study and provide guidence and aid in accomodation.
