I have visted there before and liked it, but I wondering if anyone could tell me where is the best place to live. Also, are they racist over there? I'm in a mixed marriage and we don't want any problems. Thanks.

I have applied to get a passport in April and I am going on a cruise on June 30 and I check my passport but all it says is it is currently being processed it has been saying that for 1 month! What does that mean also please tell me if i dont need it and what else i can use. Im going on a carnival cruise.

I'm travelling alone. I checked hostel prices but single rooms with private bathroom are expensive (75$). And I don't like to share bathrooms or sleep with strangers. How bad are shared bathrooms? And aren't B&B cheaper in this case? Or should I rent a cheap appartment? I'm new to the concept of hostelling. I'm not expecting luxury treatment or anything, but I like cleaniness.

I'm visiting Jerusalem for 5 weeks this summer and I was told that I should pack a few modest clothes for visiting conservitive neighborhoods or religions sites. Are jeans and a t-shirt modest or do I have to have a long skirt and long sleeves? What about if I visit a mosque? I'm not muslim and I don't know what to wear. I need help and I leave in 3 days!

My fiance's birthday is next month and we are going to Vegas. I went to take him out on saturday night to either: Pure or Rain. I was lucky enough to study in Spain a few years back, and ever since I left Europe, I have been longing to return. I want to go back for a few weeks after xmas, and was thinking about spending New Years in Paris, then go off to Portugal, and Spain. Would this be a good idea? I am flying from Boston,and was hoping to get a round-trip flight for about $500 or less. Thanks

Some of my friends were thinking of coming to visit for the July 4th celebrations in SD but can't stay the whole week. Since the 4th falls on a Wed this year, do you think the weekend leading up to the 4th (June 29th-July 2nd) will be the biggest weekend or the weekend after the 4th (July 6th-8th) will be bigger? Which weekend do you think the most people will be in town? Normally I'd say the weekend leading up but I was thinking some people might not come into town until Tue night/Wed morning then take Thu and Fri off. I'm just not sure what weekend to tell them to come down.
