First time going to Vegas and do not know where to stay, Help!

In November i want to take my fiance to Liverpool as a birthday present for the weekend..

We will be there Friday - Sunday.

I have an Anfield stadium experience day sorted for the Saturday..

but need help with central hotels (close to stadium, nightclubs, restaurants) either 4-5*

Where are the best nightclubs and bars.. is guestlist required for any of them?

Any ideas on what to do or places to go during the day?..

..Where's the best place to go shopping, i'd love to treat myself to something in Cricket!! lol

The reason I am asking this is that we used to have many nice contributors here and they disappeared.
I thought that if they died, nobody will care to post to inform the other people here in Yahoo Answers that this person is dead. So we'll never know, and perhaps we'll keep wondering for ever.

I live in NY and plan on going to London for college, I see there are several campuses for Middlesex University (Archway, Cat Hill, Enfield, Hendon, New Southgate, Trent Park) Obviously because I've never been there before I want a campus that is close to the busy part of london, you know where there are lots shops, nightlife, etc)...is any of them close to stuff like that, or is all of london like that? I wasn't sure!

Im reserving a hotel in a vegas for June (Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat) for 3 people, but all the prices for the hotels I want (MGM Grand, Monte Carlo, New York New York) are all about $230/night.

Is that price reasonable? I keep hearing people say they slept at the MGM in the summer for like $120 and I can seem to figure out how they did so.

I'm a 28 year old single mom, raising a 5 year old boy and need change. I'm sick of LA traffic, and want to own a comfortable home. I love the city and don't want to move to far from it either. Can't afford anything too extravagant, I have an associates in Business, and a certificate in accounting and I know that won't get me a home here in LA county! I clicked on Jul instead of Jun and because it's a nonrefundable ticket, American Airlines will not give me my money back so I can buy a new ticket. And in order to change the reservation I have to pay a $100change fee. Is there anyway around this?

By the way, $100 is an awful lot of money to me especially as a cost of clicking the wrong button. My mistake but I feel it's too much.
