A beach is usually sand, relatively flat. There is a lot of seaside that isn't beach like that. Rocky shores, villages, cliffs, etc. can all be "seaside"...it just means they are by the sea.

NOTE: A seaside can be a beach or someother land area close to the sea but a beach is a sandy seaside.
A seaside is only natural while a beach can be natural or created by man(sand dredging)

Seaside is the whole coastal area within about half a mile in land
Beach is the area between high water and low tide, it may also include a stretch above high tide where water once covered.

seaside provides surf, beach could mean a docker alone.
