No... all Americans dont look like Homer. That is a stupid comment.... look how many famous Americans there are.... they obviously look different to Homer.

not all, but i can see why the creators gave them flapping heads. and they do actually prenounce 'about' like 'aboot'

to the one below me, i have met many a canadian, all of which have prononced about as aboot. and the flapping heads signify how much canadians talk as well as the exremely flappy head that many of them have!!!
