We are visiting San Diego next week for a Convention next week and will be staying right next to Seaport Village. Where can I find cheap daytime and over night parking from Monday to Sunday? The hotel has valet parking only for $24/day.

I am travelling as a tourist from Monterey to LA on the coastal highway over two days. On the second day I would like to be in Anaheim by 2.00pm. I recently got accepted to Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, CO. They have 3 different sites, though. Lakewood is the main campus which is roughly 10-15 minutes west of Denver, then there is Colorado Springs and Loveland which is 10-15 minutes south of Fort Collins. I need some input on towns because I'm somewhat am going out there blind. My mom has a friend in Loveland but I haven't been able to really talk to her in depth. I will be making a trip out there in May sometime. I've looked at apartments in Colorado Springs online which I'm sure they give you the BEST pictures online, my main concern is my kids, the neighborhood for them, and a school. I did look at District 20 Academy school in Colorado Springs and Glen Ridge Apartments there which both were by the Air Force Academy. Colorado Springs seemed to be a little less expensive than Loveland or Fort Collins. Anyhow, would appreciate some suggestions. Thanks

I've lived in California for 11 years. I am originally from Ethiopia came to the U.S. when I was ten years old. Anyway I feel like black people in California don't get treated right. I feel like we are disadvantaged compared to other cultures. To be honest, I feel like people in California can be really racist at times. Anyway I know racism is going to exist any where you go...but I feel like there must be a better place where a black person can live and succeed. Any suggestions? I've heard Atlanta is a great place. I'm also considering NYC.

I have found that in America a lot of people think Filipinos are more like Mexicans than Asian. I am half filipino and always thought of myself as asian untill some people said filipinos weren't asians. I don't know what to think any more.
