How do people in your city/town react to gay and lesbian couples in public? Do they except them? Are there places for gays to go for entertainment (bars, clubs, etc.)? And if you are gay, what has your experience been like living where you live?

The city I live in is very gay friendly. Gay marriages are legal. There is a thriving gay area, and everyone is generally accepted for who they are, including culturally.

I don't live in the U.S. though ... LOL .... Vancouver, B.C. Canada.

However, the city I am from was also gay friendly ... Eugene, Oregon, and very accepting.
