Travel - 13 January 2007

I would prefer a private room (i.e. not a dorm) for 2 people and I plan to stay for 2 nights around the end of June 2007. Thanks in advance for any help!

I am 24 and going on an Aeroplane for the first time this year - alone.

On all EasyJet flights that I have taken from London Gatwick (LGW) to Cologne (CGN) there is a fire truck waiting at the gate when the plane arrives (in Cologne). I have never experienced this on any other airline or at any other airport. Why is this?
