Because you need to lower your standards. I know that sounds bad, but all I'm saying is that you are looking for the perfect person and, let me tell you, no one is perfect. Try going out with different people. Know in advance that there will be little things about him/her that bother you, but ask yourself if you can live with it or not because you might be rejecting a quality person just because you noticed something very petty.

If you look for it, it seems like it never comes. Like watching a pot boil takes forever but if you keep yourself occupied it boils quickly. Hang with your friends, worry about making yourself happy. Do things and go places that you like and you will most likely find some one (with the same interests) when you least expect it!!
