They fly DeHavilland Dash 8' s [ twin engine turbo-props ] from PHX
Given that the flight time is about an hour and the cost is about $ 250.00 +
You may want to consider renting a car in PHX and doing the 150 mile , uphill & under 2.5hr drive . most of the NOAZ locals do just that
btw the actual name of the airport is Pulliam -code FLG and it sits at 7014' above sea level

According to the airport's website, only US Airways/AWA and Scenic Airways.

none to my knowledge. Fly into Phoenix or Vegas.
Amtrak goes into Flagstaff if that is an option for you.
