Travel - 9 January 2007

Thanx a lot to everyone who replied. I actually found a website that provided information of a person who rents out a place to stay at the great wall. This is at the Jianshingling and Simatai section of the wall. So i will not be sleeping in the open (but i do agree that it will still be very cold). I just wanted to know if it would be bearable if i was prepared or could i just freeze to near death :):):)

When I was a Kid I was a Hippie rebel and protested a lot. My ex-wife alleged I was a terrorist to get at me during our divorce. Now it seems I am on the feds watch list because when I fly, they always give me lots of extra screening that nobody else seems to get. I called the TSA and got no response. Now I find out that if you are on thier list, a prospective employer will find out if the job is government or defense related. HOW DO I GET OFF THE LIST? I am not a terrorist, just an aging hippie.

in canada ever where i go or other go we smile at people, say hi to strangers, hold doors and throw away trash!! in america its dirty and everyone was so rude! i was so happy to come back to my peaceful, happy country. i just couldnt wait to get back to my country where i could smile at someone with out getting a weird look back!. i like it better here and if i do move it wont be in america,.( no effence at all again).. oh ya and when i was in america i had like 10 doors shut in front of me.. ok I wanna be a commercial airplane pilot when I grow up and I want to know what do you guys think would be the best option for me? Does anybody know good academy's around here? My other question is there any subjects schoolwise that i should have mastered?please help im a man in confusion it would be really nice to talk to an up-to-date commercial pilot, but if u think you can help me don't be afraid to tell.

My two friends and I would like to travel across.. the world pretty much, sounds naive but we are going everywhere, and I'd like to know if you have any advice... great places to see, cheap places to sleep, cheap rides.. how to pack for backpacking, youth hostels! any one whose travelled any advice will be great!
