I'm an Ibiza virgin but I am booking 2 weeks there this summer with the girlfriend and a group of 5 other couples. We are all around the 25yr old time so are past the 'drunken lout 18yr old stage', but still want to go out drinking and go to the clubs! i've been told San Antonio is full of drunks walking down the street singing 'England', I'm looking to stay where it is slightly more dignified but still with a good atmosphere. Ibiza town seems very expensive to stay... Any advice? Is what I have been told right?

I want to plan a weekend away somewhere this weekend, (In england) with my boyfriend. Ive trawled through hotelnet/superbreak and nothing is jumping out.

The weathers likely to be poor (in the north of england anyway) so need somewhere where they'll be indoor places.
Any ideas? I'd thought about York/Lincoln/Chester/Newcastle, but we've been there not long back

america. We are going to Los Angeles, Boston, Houston, Cleveland, New York and Washington DC. I am worried about the high crime rates in america and the gun laws which don't seem very strict. Is my family relatively safe? I feel completely safe in america. we have only ever travelled to parts of asia as a family.

I am an American and my girlfriend is Japanese. She might be moving to Japan and I want to know what my options are because I want to move with her. I have a 4.0 GPA with about 40 U.S. college credits. I can very likely get into UCLA because I have preferred admission (TAP). I do not know if I should try to study abroad in Kyoto University through UCLA, or if I have any other options. I do not speak Japanese, but I am learning; I want to take classes in English. Should I try to transfer to Japanese college, or should I just go through UCLA and spend a year abroad? I do not know if Japanese college will require a SAT or ACT, because UCLA does not and I have not studied for them. I also have bad high school grades, so I do not know if I apply to Japanese universities if that matters. Please any advice, help, suggestions, or if anyone knows colleges that accept English speaking students in Kobe, Osaka, or Kyoto please let me know. Any help is greatly appreciated.

on the 27th July 2007 (arriving back in Perth on the sunday the 29th of July of course). I've tried cheap flights, best flights, webjet, zuji, qantas etc and the cheapest I can find with tax etc is $2800AUD (australian dollars).

Is there anywhere else for those dates I can get it cheaper? There are 5 of us.

I will be going to London at the end of the summer. I would like some suggestions. I am not much of a drinker or nightclub person, so i really don't need any suggestions on this. There are enough pubs that if I want to go out at night I will find one. I am into Tudor history and will see Hampton Court and The Tower and will take in a few flea market, forget the London Eye, too high up for me. What I really want to know is about lodging. I would like a nice , reasonably priced hotel, not a chain, but a privately owned hotel with private bathrooms, close to the tube. Also any suggestions for renting a car for a day trip to the coast, i.e. fishing villages.
