I travel all the time and actually enjoy a stop over. Gives me a time to get away from the cramped airplane and relax. I recommend not eating on the plane and when you get to Zurich go to one of the restaurants and eat there. Bring a book or magazine with you too. Help you relax. Some airports have massage parlors you can go to and you can also do some duty free shopping. If not, find a place to sit and take a nap. Four hours really isn't that long of a time. Hope this helps. Safe travels.

than you are out of luck, zurich is absolutely the most boring
airport in europe, i had to kill some hours there, a couple of times
expensive to,take a good book to read, or if you be able to get out of the transit area,go for a walk. or so, write letters/phone or just
do the time, you will survive. (if you can afford it you could take a cab somewhere and have a drink/restaurant ect)
