Well, of course there's the beach! Daytona Lagoon is a water park that's lot of fun. Destination Daytona gives tours of the Daytona Speedway and has a 3D race car simulator. Rent bikes at Deucers Cruisers on Sunrise Blvd. and A1A. For beach clothes and T-shirts go to Salty Dog Surf Shop on A1A and Harvery which is 1 block south of Main Street, ask for the manager, Justin, and tell him his mom said to give you a discount:) Go see the Ponce de Leon Lighthouse at the south end of A1A. Go parasailing on the beach, the rentals are usually a block south of International Speedway. Putt-putt golf and go carts 1.5 miles south of International Speedway on A1A has the fastest go-carts. Ghost tours through Dusty Smith, featured on 20/20 (look online). Best food is Inlet Harbor Marina in Ponce Inlet on Peninsula Drive, Our Deck Down Under on Dunlawton and Peninsula, Ocean Deck on A1A and Harvey (beach front), and Aunt Catfish on Dunlawton and Ridgewood/U.S.1. Oh, Orlando is only about an hour away, so if you want you can drive over there for the day. Hope you have a great vacation, weather's been great.
