We are now asked to pay "extra" for :
More than 1 bag then you get charged 10.00 every extra bag
Over weight....sorry pay more....
If you want priority boarding....pay more if you can't wait to get on
Their own nsurance.....pay more
Taxes, fuel, airport charges-----surprise, surprise....pay more

When will it end? I have just been charged 100.00 excess baggage
so have decided to choose my airline more carefully next time. No more "cheap bargain flights" that turn out to be a total con. I think the airlines should charge you the correct fare in the first place with no extras. But then of course that wouldn't be seen by the consumer to be a bargain or sale!! Let the consumer have honesty and fairness. It's fine if you are going somewhere on business and don't want to take more than a toothbrush, but how many of us do that!!

My friends and I are going ice skating in Rockefeller center for my birthday next weekend. I'm from Staten Island and we're taking public transportation there. However, I'm not sure what the SIRR schedule is on the weekends =/. If it helps at all we're meeting at the HUguenot train station l0l. We're hoping to leave somewehre around 10:45-11 ish. Also if any of you would happen to know which subway we take when we exit the ferry to get us closest to Rockefeller center I would love you all forever!

* And for all of you that are going to say "look it up" I did but the MTA website is down so thanks.
