here's my idea... juz an idea, okay?
filipino leadership style doesn't differ from other nationality. it's a human trait, leadership. we all seek advise, we listen to them before making our judgment call. though, erratic occurences or behavior of carrying out commands without pre judgment happens, it's also human trait. any nationality, any type of people, we are all communal by nature, thereby the carrying out of the "majority rule's" idea. by itself, filipino style only differs on impressionism of it, the egocentric behavior, the erratic fingerpointing of fault, and denial.... however these are all human trait.
thereby, whatever nationality one may be... leadership still is constant in everyone of us...
