In my various meanderings through this site, seeing all the denial, wishful thinking, grovelling at the feet of the ANC and genuine sad despair at what has happened to a once great country, that has befallen the fate of all self-ruled African countries - poverty, sickness and general anarchy - I am always slightly amused at the people that have this Hollywoodized vision of the USA.

Do some of you guys actually believe that street gangs roam the streets, that there are car chases, that people carry guns here and that the Mafia controls everything?

Such childish thinking about the USA could not be further from the truth. Things are organized here; citizens by and large respect one another, there is effective law enforcement, and, speaking for the great city of New York, since 1994 we have experienced dramatic drops in crime and renewed investment in this great city.

A footnote: the same team that revolutionized NYC were hired to try to do the same for Jo'burg a few years ago.

Could an American woman and her 2 children travel to Iran and dwell there safely? If she liked it there would the country allow her to stay? Would they educate her children or would her American children be mistreated. If she stayed there for a couple of years and then decided to move out of the country, would they peacefully let her.
Would she have to have a male companion to go out in the streets, go shopping, or other things required for living or could she go out on her own?

Seriously, what would be the conditions for a single female with 2 children who choose to visit or move into the country.

What would be the conditions if she wanted to leave Iran?

To recap:
Apparently there was some buzz, since discredited, that Neil Watson's site crimexposesouthafrica was the work of a phony.
Before the truth eventually came out, which was that the entire sordid exercise of his so-called exposure was the work of parties trying to silence him with lies and innuendo, with those parties now facing civil legal action, there was the hope that since he had been 'exposed', all the crime would disappear, along with his website.

With the closing of the website, all the murder would automatically vanish. So would the gang rape of infants, the murderous carjackings and the brutal home-invasions.
There would be no more muggings, bank-robberies, breaking and entry, along with the magical elimination of all and every crime perpetrated by both the savages running amok in the street and the ones running the country.

None of that will happen now. Sorry guys.
