November is in the "cool/dry" season. I have been there at different times of the year and November to January is the best time as it is more bearable than the summer. "Cool" is relative as it is still in the tropics and the day time is still warm with the night a little cooler. The humidity is pretty constant. You will not need any warm clothing as it is generally warm to hot all year round. (see average temp chart in link below)

November is the first month of the high (tourist) season which lasts until the end of March. The weather in these months is beautiful; hot, but not too hot, and dry - no rain. Blue skies and sunshine are as regular as clockwork. The best time to go out at this time of year is in the morning when it is still reasonably cool, the sun is out and there is not a cloud in the sky.

To me, over 30 degree C is still too HOT, bring more t-shirts and shorts as you would sweat a lot!

Hot and dry. The rains have stopped and 'na nao' (cold season) doesn't begin until late December.
