I wonder if you've considered the fact that you'll need to have someone look after the house for the duration of the vacation, Sir?
I must say that your attitude towards your maid is a tad offensive, Sir. I'm sorry. Because you're speaking about her as if she's some commodity
I shan't be surprised if she finds another employer and the Agency is unable to find you any more maids, Sir.

Hey, she's a person, too! If you want her to continue to be your maid when you return, you need to continue to pay her salary and provide for room and board (if that was the arrangement previously). Otherwise, you need to let her go (with good references, of course) so she can seek other employment in your absence.
Would it make sense for her to continue to live at your Stateside house; just to keep the place running and maintained until you get back?

Are you wanting to board a maid?..as in a real person whilst you are away?..Can she not live on her own?..Are you wanting to pay for her living expenseses while you are away?..more details please
