When the carnival line is based in the US, which it is I believe, then it is 21. If you are on a ship that is based .. say.. in the Bahamas or something, then it would be 18 or whatever it is there.

They checked on the Conquest. Photo ID and at least 21. There are ways around it though. Use a little imagination.

i do belive its 21 now on all ships
