Canada has 10 provinces and 3 Territories, ( which technically you could consider it as 13 provinces) And it used to only be two territories , ( Yukon & North West Territories) But the NWT was divided in two and now there is Nunavut.
They all go as follows:
Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon Territory, North West Territories, Nunavut.

10 plus the Territories. This is info you could have found easily by looking at a map of Canada - though I'm sure you know that. I'm happy to answer for the points though.
