I'll be arriving around 2pm Sunday and travelling home(Cheshire) around 9.30am on Monday. Will I have to pay Congestion Charges?

Having palced BC on a short list of places to relocate to, I have unearthed some interesting facts in my research. There is apparently an issue regarding air pollution in certain parts of the BC Interior.
Having spent some time in Victoria BC, I was quite surprised at this disclosure, having always regarded BC as a pristine province in the main.
I would be interested to hear of any informed comments on this matter.
