i am moving from nyc to indianapolis is tht a guud idea going out the city wen i turn 17 i am going to get a apartment and go back in manhattan is tht a guud idea my parents making me go there.

If you feel like you're old enough and mature enough to take care of yourself and live alone, then it's fine I guess... I don't know how safe it would be for a 17 year old girl to live in an apartment alone in New York City, but you already lived there... just not alone. New yorkers are pretty tough compared to the rest of the US... so I'm sure you can figure it out.
