I'll be arriving around 2pm Sunday and travelling home(Cheshire) around 9.30am on Monday. Will I have to pay Congestion Charges?

The congestion charge only operates in central london and you will know you are driving into the zone because you will drive over a giant red circle with a C in it. Weekends are exempt as are Xmas day and Boxing Day. Current charge is £8 which you can pay online at www.cclondon.com or at a newsagent with the CC sign in the window. You must pay before 10pm.
If you forget you can pay the next day (new rule) but they charge you more for this.
If you know you are definitely driving into the zone on Monday morning (after 6:30 am) best to pay online before you set off.

Not for Sunday, but for Monday. The Congestion Charge times are 7am-6:30pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Hope that helps.

not too sure about that one as you wont actually be traveling in to london but travelling out. probably best to check out their web site to be on the safe side

yes, the cameras will pick you up on Monday morning as you are leaving. It comes into force as of 6.30am.
