My girlfriend and I are looking for a apartment around the Medical Center area. She will be working at one of the medical center so I wanted to get suggestions on any apartments in the area? Somewhere quiet without alot of partying college students. Nice peaceful area. Central air would be a plus. Price range arounf $550-$700. If you hvae something in mind let me know. Thanks

Despite the fact that Sao Paulo is a multi-cultural city, with European account for more than 50% of its population, I wonder if discrimination against coloured people (black or Asian or aboriginal) exists in that society? Is it safe for foreign tourists to travel around the city? Are they subject to hate crimes?

My Sister and I are flying from Gatwick to Venezuela and are spending a day and night in The Gatwick Travelodge near Horley.
