Does anyone know some approximate costs for 2 bedroom condos in Toronto? Not to rent, but to buy. Thanks!

It is very pricy. http://www.mls.ca

for what is available & what you are looking for.

Depending on whether you want right downtown, or you can venture out a little further on the subway/go train line, the price will reduce, and the condo size will increase.

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, downtown, with parking space, approximately $315,000. that is about 850 sq feet

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, in the west end (etobicoke) with parking space, approximately $230,000. that is about 900 sq feet

It depends on the age of the building and where you are buying but my grandmother lives in an older condo (built in the 80's) and when she bought, it was less than $200, 000, in a nice area of Toronto with a nice view (yes, 2 bedroom 2 bath). If you're looking at further into downtown in the newer condos it will be more pricey.
