I don't want to hear that I should quit.....If that was the case, I would have asked about ways to quit smoking. It really is not that important of a question because any price is better than the state I am from...Michigan...some of the highest prices in the U.S. I am looking for specific prices on top brands- with both cigarettes and Alcohol. Only answer if you are from SC or you can offer a website with proof.

aside from the main monuments and hot spots in paris, what are some of the detailed spots where you have visited that you loved the most? like for example, a little restaurant that isnt written in a guide book that you went to and loved so much or little odd spot that wasnt even informed in the guides that left you in awe? also what are the best main spots to definetly go to and which ones where not worth the wait?

A newspaper article says that ASEANS would be able to travel within it's members Visa free. What would this mean to ASEANs? What changes would take place? Say now, i'm a singaporean and i have to fill in a "White card"/departure-arrival card to get into malaysia. Would i still have to do so if this Visa free thing takes effect?

On board the plane there were 4 spanish boys aged 11 - 14 years old. This one guy sat by me, thats how come I got curious. It turned out these four boys were travelling alone. No parents, no travelling-alone information to air-hostess. She asked the boy if he was comfortable travelling alone (yes) - if somebody was meeting him (no) - if he was really travelling without parents (yes) and so on. He spoke english really well and seemed very nice and confident. Nicely dressed, reading his magazine.

The question is, what is legal here? Who is in responsible for these kids if anything should happen? The person letting the boys check in, the passport control?, the plane company? I sure know that if this was my 11 year old - he'd never be allowed to travel abroad without me and what if they did and parents didn't know???
