I want to visit Nepal. Want to visit the nearest snowline. Can any one tell me how to go about from Kathmandu and the time taken from Kathmandu to snowline and back?

I didn't like it when I first moved here 10 years ago, but you know what, I am proud to be here! I was born here and then moved all over the world, but I came back and I am DAMN proud to be here! So why do "outsiders" find us sooo weird/nasty??

Recently I saw a video clip of a stripper dancing at an Egyptian wedding. I was horrified for the bride. This, to me is very disrespectful. Is it true? Why?
I can understand having a good bellydancer to dance, but not a stripper. Where do the strippers come from?

Just curious. It becomes a symbol(can I say 'image'?) of Singapore, When ppl imitate Singaporean, they must say that 'lah' word at the end of the sentence.

I'm in the DC area but would go anywhere that could be enjoyed actively by our daughter and us. I'm not looking to dress up or to dip into my retirement account; maybe we'd stay for three or four nights. I've looked at child-friendly brochures from Smugglers Notch, Disney, and Club Med (Florida, Dominican Republic) but I am open to any suggestions, especially if you've been to the place.

Thanks.

My fiance and I are wanting to get rid of most of our belongings and let our lease run out so that we can spend a lot of time (two weeks to two months) in Europe next summer for our honeymoon. I've been before he hasn't. Any tips for calculating cost and not going into extreme debt?

My husband wants to take his kids (from his previous marriage) somewhere nice for Spring Break next year. What are some good places that won't cost a fortune. The kids live in Canada, so we need to go somewhere warm for a change! Also, we'll be flying out of Calgary, so we need something that is convenient...we don't want to spend our whole trip in the air!

Does someone knows if it's possible to rent a car in Malaga and drive it all the way down to Tarifa and cross with it to Tangier.
Is there a rental car agency that let you take the car into tangier and bring it back after couple days.

thank you for your answers in advance.
