Shouldn't india expand/ improve the tourism business?

India has soo much to offer...from a rich culture to beautiful palaces, forts and sightseeing in delhi and agra to jaipur, jodhpur, jaisalmer and udaipur...Why doesn't india expand its tourism business by promoting and marketing better?

Does that fact that our military refutes homosexuality as a choice, and instead treats it like schitzophrenia or depression change your views on homosexuality?

Is the government working on a "cure" for homosexuality?
If so, why?
Aren't the gays and lesbians mostly happy with their "disease"?
