yes! its awesome. there is alot of stuff to do also. go parasailing. its a BLAST. there are different things to do along the boardwalk. there is a ripleys museum and 4d theater (they r pretty cool)..theres an amusement park near by it. and of course lots of shopping is available.
We rented a house in a camping area and it was pretty much right on the beach. you only had a 2 minute walk. the house was really nice. the area to. there was and arcade available, 2 pools one indoor and one outdoor, and a lazy river.
it is an awesome place to visit!!

It's nice, but it is very commercial. If you are looking for something a little quiter, but just as nice - I like Folly Beach in Charleston.

Yeah. It's too crowded for it's own good but it's not a bad place to visit.
