I can care less about use what, I will still go see the game.

And when the names are released, nothing will happen to these players anyway, ban all these players around 80 of them? I don't think so. and fans will still go see the games

I've heard that a Nostradamus Quatrain has been interpreted and predicts the next time the Cubs will win the World Series.

It will happen the same year that the Cubs' parent company, the Chicago Tribune, endorses a Democrat for President. The conjunction of the two events will send shockwaves through the 9 Heavens and 10 Hells, (the 9 circles described by Dante and a showing of Britney Spears' home movies,) of such magnitude that they trigger the Apocalypse.

I can just see the Headlines in the Trib, (40 point type,) CUBS WIN!!!!!!, (subhead,) World Ends, Paris Hilton, 6 Billion+ others die.

I'm not sure I buy it. But it could be useful to know if it's true.

I can't believe it. It's like they don't care. It's all about the hitting. I mean... the Tigers lost Durbin. They need everyone they can get.

sgiudsgnisdh I'm just out of it. The Tigers NEED a better bullpen to win the W.S. this year.

Anyone find it a conflict of interest that the man leading the investigation is a partial Red Sox owner?

2007-12-12 12:03:54 · 12 answers · asked by JenEstes 5

I think he will. For these reasons.
1.) You don't steal 500 bases and win 8 Gold Gloves on Steroids
2.) He was a great player without steroids and would still be the only person to join the 500-500 club.
3.) He'd still have 3,000 hits when he does get those hits.
4.) He'd still hit 650 at least home runs without steroids.
5.) For those who argue he's played too long, then Ripken shouldn't have made the Hall. Ripken is way overrated. He wasn't that good of a player.
6.)Bonds hasn't tested positive to steroid use anyways.

I'm not curious about this kind of baseball rivalry in the history. My two choices are Red Sox vs. Yankees and Giants vs. Dodgers. I knew that Red Sox vs. Yankees are the rivalry in American League and Giants vs. Dodgers are in National League.

My choice is Red Sox vs. Yankees are better rivalry in baseball time.

What about you? When you answer this question, give me more information that which one of rivalries is best.

They've already lost out on Miguel Cabrera and now Miguel Tejada. Is there anyone else they can get? A lineup with Vlad, Torii Hunter and GA is not going to win a World Series for the Halos.

Im entering my senior year in high school and have been playing baseball my entire life. During my junior year i hit .330 at the plate and i started taking the game seriously and ive been working out everyday and hitting.
The only problem is that I havent even been sniffed by a college scout. However last summer i played legion ball and hit .400 and played solid in the outfield. Its my dream to go and play at a good college and then after college to prolong my baseball career in the big leagues. However I know the odds. If I go on to play at a d3 college, do I have any shot whatsoever or should I just give up on my dream.
Another problem that I have is my size right now I'm currently 5 10 and only weigh about 150 and dont have to much bulk to me.
Do I have any realistic shot at someday becoming that good if I play through college? People who have seen me play now would say I have no shot. I feel like a small fish in a big pond and that no matter how hard I try I will never reach it

We all know it's coming out tomorrow and we all know what it is SUPPOSED to do, however the Committee NEVER had subpoena power. That means that any information they gathered was not under oath and therefore can't be held to perjury like Bond's testimony. It also means that anything said to them can be a direct lie, and it will be ignorant to think that most of what they found is nothing more than here say. More importantly it also means they have no PROOF regarding any of the potential names that are listed on the report.

Basically, when it's all said and done, nothing this report has done will mean a rat's fart in a tornado, and it will be just a bunch of smoke and mirrors. I for one and going to take the information w/ a HUGE grain of salt, and depending on what they say and how they say it I may just ignore the entire report anyway.

There is no reason, evidence, cause, or justification for believing the report, so why make a big deal over it? It's politics at it's worst.
