WIll it matter of going to the game, well I guess it would if you want to go to the game, you have to ether fly, ro drive, but you will get there faster if you fly. And plus the Chicago White Sox can't be the home team, for every game they have to be on the road as well. Now if you are looking to get tickets for the home opener, the date is April 7th, and they will be playing the Minnesota Twins. But if you are looking to get tickets for the Chicago White Sox and Cleveland Indians game at US Cellular Field in Chicago, the first game here is May 20th. The dates the Chicago White Sox are playing the Cleveland Indians in Chiago are

May 20-22nd
June 30th-July 2nd
September 26-28th

So it doesn't look the Cleveland Indians will be coming to town very much this season, expect for these 3 series, but remember this is the Chicago White Sox's tentative 2008 shedule, so things can change, and they might not.

Do you live in Chicago?

If yes, then you'll need to travel to Cleveland. Could be a nice trip. I'd spend the night, go see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

If you don't want to travel by tickets to their home opener on April 7 versus the Minnesota Twins.

If you and your boyfriend love the white sox so much you will enjoy it at home or away. Just go root for your team. It always is more fun at home and you can get more tickets later to see them play there.

Your boyfriend would love to see a game in Cleveland. Jacobs Field is a really nice ball park. Lots of things to do in Cleveland for a weekend trip. As for flying his teams colors at the park, I never had a problem wearing Red Sox gear there. HAVE FUN!!!

Ok you make it seem like you live in Cleveland. If you do, then it is no big deal.

If you live in Chi-town, then try to get tickets for their home opener.
