i have good balace, but not the best. i am training in martial arts (jeet kune do and hapkido) and i want to have better balance for faster and stronger kicks. what can i do to help train my balance on my feet?

if i pocekt one of my balls, but the white goes in too, do i return that ball to the break center?
(exp: if i hit the 7 ball and the cue ball in, does the 7-ball go back to the break center or do i leave it in and jsut make the cue a scratch)

I had read an article where a competition shooter used mobil 1 synthetic oil on a 1911. Is there any reason this would be a bad choice? I would tent to believe that motor oil would be ok since 3,000 miles equils a whole lot more abuse than 300 rounds at the range. If you think about it a pistol cycling 300 times would be like idiling your engine for 20 seconds.

Which is best for street self defence? Dont say Karate or boxing. All arts are not equal. If they were, karate black belts would be winning mma and never get beat up outside the dojo. In my opinion, its 50% person and 50% art.

I am Pakistani. I just wanted to know if Australian crowd comes to see Australia dominate over India. I mean, Australia is the best team in the world. They have won the world cup 3 times in a row. Doesnt the crowd get bored seeing the Aussies dominate every country in the world? Dont they wanna see other countries win so they can get some excitement?
