1) I'm most attached to Mark Teahan on the Royals. He's not the best player but I really like the way he goes out and plays the game. He plays as hard as he can and hustles on every play. You can't really ask for more than that.
2) The Royals cause me a lot of heartache year after year, but I have hope that 2 decades of losing baseball will be coming to an end in the next few years.
3) Mike Sweeney was the team captain. He's a free agent this year and I don't think the Royals will sign him to another contract, so it looks like KC won't have a captain for the 2008 season - unless they name someone else captain but I don't think that will happen.
4) They're bringing back the powder blue jerseys from the 80s. I really dig the powder blues.
5) Improving
6) Without doubt, George Brett is the best Royals player in the history of the franchise.
7) I would hope so. I've been a season ticket holder since I was old enough to drive myself to the stadium and I stick up for and blindly support the team even though they really haven't been very good since the 80s. There aren't too many Royals fans left that can claim that.
8) I always enjoy the interleague games against the Cardinals. If they were in the same league, Cards/Royals could be a really good rivalry.
9) 27 years
10) No. I used to. On Sundays they let kids on the field after the game, but after you get to a certain age (16 I think) they don't allow you on the field unless your with a small child. They do have a father/son thing where you buy tickets and spend the night out on the field and play catch with your kid. Current and former players are there to hang out with. I'd love to go do that but those tickets sell out in like 5 minutes and I don't have a son to take with me.
Edit: I always feel like running across the grass, but as I said, they won't let me.

1.Which player are you more attached to- Andy Pettitte. I dont care if he took HGH for 2 days. It was before it was banned, it was to heal an injury,, and its NOT steroids!
2.Describe to me how you feel about your team- I would do anything for the Yankees to keep playing. I love watching the games and am glad I get a chance to go to alot of them.
3.Who is your teams captain- Derek Jeter
4.Do you like your teams jersey- Of course. The pinstripes is the most historic jersey in history. But I do think the Spring Training jersey would make a good alternate.
5.One word to describe your team- Beastly (to be different from other people)
6.Best player in your teams franchise- Babe Ruth
7.If your team had a HOF for there fans would you make it- Possibly. Ive been on the big screen numerous times at Yankee Stadium. The people in the Stadium Club know my name because I go there so much.
8.You have tickets to go to one game for the 2008 which game would you go .vs which team-I already have them, but the August 28 game against the Red Sox; the last Yankee-Red Sox game of 08. The fire and intensity is unbarable
9. How Long have you been a fan of that team-Since I was 5, so 1999
10. Do you ever just run across your teams green grass field , unless its made of something- I have twice before. I took the Stadium tour twice in my life and it was a special tour because me and my friends got to go down on the field and have a catch with Joe Girardi and a few other coaches. It was an unexplainable feeling.

1. kind of a hard question to answer, but derek jeter probably.
2. i absolutely love them. i swear, yankees baseball is my passion. i'd stand by them through anything. haha i feel like i was born to be a yankees fan :) it's also a great feeling to know that throughout my whole life, they'll be there. sure, there will always be different players, different managers, etc. but i can always look forward to the baseball season. it's not like bands, or a certain fashion style that wears out over time. yankees=timeless.
3. jeter
4. haha love it :)
5. phenomenal!
6. wow.....such a hard question, and i don't have an answer. baseball is a group thing, and each player contributes in their own way. in my opinion, you can't compare, for example, what a pitcher does, to what a thirdbaseman or outfielder does.
7. yupyup!! :) i love my yanks
8. i hope i get to go to more than one game...but if i had to pick one, i'd want to go to a playoff game because i've never been to one before. if you're talking about the regular season, i'd love to go to another yankees v. red sox game. those games are just soo exciting. it was so annoying though...last time i went, the yankees lost, and i was surrounding by sox fans :(
9. a year and a half-ish?
10. haha yes! if there was no penalty, i'd so do it. just jump down and run to the players, make them all assemble at the mound, and tell them how much i appreciate them.
haha wow i'm so corny...especially with my answer to #2

1. It may seem a little odd, but I grew up idolizing Gary Sheffield.
2. I feel that my team has to live up to it's reputation. By the way, my team is the Yankees. We have to start winning again and live up to our name as baseball's premiere franchise.
3. Derek Jeter.
4. Yes I do like my teams' jersey. I think we need an alternate jersey though.
5. October.
6. There are so many great players in Yankees history but arguably the best one of all has to be Babe Ruth.
7. It depends on what the HOF voters are looking for. Season ticket holders, frequent attendance, getting kicked out of games a lot, etc.
8. Yankees @ Astros, because it's the first time the Yankees are playing at Minute Maid Park.
9. When I was in elementary school.
10. Sure why not.

1. who is your favorite baseball team?- Minnesota Twins 2. who is your favorite player currently playing? - Yes, it's Mike Redmond, and he plays for the Twins, of course. 3. do you like the new instant replay?-- NO. There is so much more that determines a game than instant replay... 4.who is you favorite all time player? -- Probably... Bert Blyleven. 5. what is your favorite baseball stadium? -- Camden Yards 6. what, in your opinion, makes someone a good baseball fan? -- They stick with their team through the good and the bad, they respect the game, and a lot more... 7. what are somethings that annoy you when you go to games(can be fans, etc.) -- Annoying fans who never shut up can be pretty bad. 8. who is your least favorite player? -A.J. Pierzynski 9.if you could spend time with one player in history(present or past) who would it be and why? -- Probably Bert Blyleven. He is such an awesome guy with a great personality. He's a real jokester, and I think that we would have a lot of fun together. 10. who do you think will win the World Series this year.(and why?) -- I think that the Twins have a good shot at winning it next year. We have a solid rotation, a decent bullpen, good offense, good defense. I really think that we can win it all.
