Depending on what model you are referring to..Field Hunter or Field ERCT Model, they are a functional, and not bad for an economy grade imported shotgun..Not a Remington or Mossberg by any means, but they will do the job...

I own 3 of the Charles Daly shotguns ( 2 semi-auto & 1 pump ) & haven't had any problems.
If you have a lot of money that you have no other use for, buy 1 of the top name brands

on a scale of 1-10 with one being junk and 10 being perfect, I'd give it a solid 6
