I'm trying to plan an extensive biking trip for this spring. While trying to set up camping spots along the trip I'm concerned about being on private property. How do I know if it's legal to camp out somewhere?

I have experience with the '06, but not with the 300 win or weatherby mag. I am a bigger guy, so I think i can handle a magnum, but I am mostly concerned about getting "scoped". I did not have this problem with the '06 and i have some ammo left over collecting dust, but the mags are very tempting. I also know that there is a rubber guard that you can put on your scope to prevent getting cut, but it still does not sound like fun to me. Does this only happen in certain shooting positions? Is it much more likely with the weatherby mag than it is with the win mag. I like the idea of getting a weatherby rifle in the weatherby caliber. '06 would be more economical, but you only live once, right! Any thoughts on the quality of this rifle would be appreciated as well. Oh...I am buying it to hunt elk with...I use a 6.5x55mm for deer.

Fast on the heels of the Mitchell report, federal prosecutors unsealed retired pitcher Jason Grimsley's affidavit today, the testimony for which he provided after being busted for receiving HGH in the mail in May 2006.

Despite rampant rumors, neither Clemens nor Pettitte were mentioned. Earlier released versions had names blacked out.

Mcnamee's word is still all there is against the Rocket. So... what do you think? Did Clemens partake? Were the rumors of him in the Grimsley affidavit based simply on jealous sniping, and character assassination? Will other posters put up their own version of this question over the weekend and claim it as breaking news? Is the Mitchell report (in which Grimsley did not cooperate), at least the section on Clemens, circling the drain?

There is no doubt that he is one of the greatest wrestlers ever, but I have been getting sick of him lately..
Here are some of the reasons I say this:

*His 'Deadman' gimmick is way too boring;
It takes like 5 min. for him to get to the ring..

*He only wrestlers once a month; the only time he wrestles is on a PPV- for the World Heavyweight Championship- if it is not for the title, he will not wrestle..

*The storyline is boring..
I know that Batista is always after the title, but at least he wrestles in each SmackDown! night..

*I know what he is gonna do in every Smackdown!; He will be announced to appear later on the night, and at the end, when there are like 7 mins. left, he will come out to the ring, and chokeslam either Edge or Batista, and it is the same old sh-it over and over..

Maybe he shouldn't get released; maybe he should take some time off and come back with a new gimmick & storyline..

I know that he is not the one who choses what to do, but still..

Dolphins, after losing a bunch of games are playing the patriots next week and Pats are favored 22 points and after the Eagles game they look like they lost there touch. In the Olympics, each country sends a team to compete against all the other countries. But some countries are very large and some are very small. A large country, like the USA or Russia or China, has many more athletes to choose from than a tiny country does. So is it fair that they must compete against each other?

Maybe they should have three different divisions: small, medium, and large countries. You only compete against your own division.

Maybe there should be a population limit, (like Little League Baseball does). Each state of the USA would send a separate team. Very small countries would combine teams.

The way it is done now, can Lictenstein or Monaco every win against the USA or Russia?

DA is playing amazing this year, however, i'm still not convinced he's the answer for cleveland. There's so much talent around him, and now with a solidified front line, it just seems any good/decent QB would do the same thing. He's only been sacked 12 times and considering that there is much room for improvement. Quinn may bring more consistency, whoever he may not be as "football smart" as DA. What do you guys think? I'm glad it's not my decision, cause i wouldn't know what to do.

When it's all said and done i think Clevelands going to end up playing Quinn next year, so much has been invested it almost seems inevitable. Although... that will all change if DA beats pitt in the playoffs. He'll be a god then.

does anyone think that the higher ups in the giants or the organization. Realize that barry would be up for his steoid indictments(or are we now calling it performance-enhancing drugs?)
Does and one else besides me think that is the real reason that they chose NOT to renew his contract? So they would not be tied in to the current mess that he has brought on it.

Just wondering about this. all coments welcomed.
