I feel that it will be a great partnership. I'm sorry that he lost the Bud sponsorship, I think some of his fan base will stop following him.

I don't know what the hell is Tina's problem above but here is a real answer to the question you asked. Dale Jr. has got the skills to be a Nascar Sprint Cup series Driver and Champion regardless of what team he is driving with, and with teammates Jeff and Jimmie next year, it's only a matter of time before he starts recieving help that will get him winning again. Personally, I still can not believe he left his father's team, but if it produces the kind of hope he and Dale Jr. fans everywhere are wanting because of this bond with Henderick Motorsports, then I am all for Dale Jr being teammates with Jeff and Jimmie next year. It should be a great season to watch.

As much as Jr. is an icon in the sport he still needs some mentoring which he hasn't had since his dad died and possibly Jeff can give him that. Dale Sr. was a mentor of sorts to Jeff and maybe some of the ties will carry over. I think that Jr. has respect for Jeff which is something that he didn't have at DEI, a teammate that he respected as one of the best in the sport. He had friends there, but that's not the same.
For sure he has respect for the team owner Rick Hendrick which he definately didn't have for his step mother.

He should learn alot--and make the Chase and win 2 or 3 races. I believe it was a good move for him but he will be the #3 driver behind Gordon & Johnson I hope he can handle not being #1 in an organization this is something he hasnt ever had to do!!!!!

We'll see, he was dominant in Busch, but hasn't had the same success at the Cup level . This year will be one of transition, I expect a fast start then a fade toward the middle. His second year will be a better barometer of how well he's going to do.

... What I am looking foward to is not being team mates but the competition between the top drivers in equal equipment. It should be very interesting.

... From the stand point of the fans Gordon, Johnson, and Jr fans are going to have a real show in 2008.
