How big a loser was that rent-a-cop? He got pushed down by one of the weakest and nicest guys out there. There are probably 40 other guys out there more likely to do this than Kasey.

He better watch his back. I hear they have a 5 yr old running around without a drivers pass.

I can see how someone could be stressed and full of adrenaline from just getting out of a race car could over react to a situation like that. Especially since the same guard had been letting drivers in earlier in the day with out credentials, including Kasey.

The guards boss had come by and told him, under threat of dismissal, to let no one in without proper credentials, no exceptions. Kasey didn't know this so maybe he thought the guard was being to harsh.

The problem is once something happened because of the above circumstances Kasey should have apologized, said he didn't mean to do it or whatever and offered to take care of the guy.

The maximum penalty is one year in jail. I doubt Kasey will get that if found guilty but you can never be sure.

The parties involved need to settle this somehow.

Yeah, my jaw dropped when I observed that article. i might desire to never image Kasey doing some thing like that. It ought to be a huge fake impact. I mean, Kasey Kahne is my in demand motive force, yet he's almost short, and small. are you able to confirm him roughing up a secure practices take care of lots it sends him to the care center?

I think it's over rated. Dude should drop the charges, Kasey could give him his chump change, and write it off as "publicity" One thing I know for sure is the security dude has just made a lot of "non-friends"!

My question is, why use his fist when he can use his car...a la Randy Moss...

Besides, isn't he insured by Allstate? He could get accident forgiveness.
