I purchased my first Walther today and read extensively on it, but was unable to find any information about accidental discharge failsafe mechanisms in the event that the weapon is dropped on it's hammer, specifically when decocked. This concerns me as the pistol automatically decocks itself when you engage the safety. Of course you can tell me not to carry it with a round chambered, but endless histories of the PPK production run praise it as the first commercially successful semi-automatic pistol that could be safely carried with a round chambered. Obviously, I don't intend to drop it, but you can equate that to not intending to wreck your car. These things happen. Thank you in advance for your answers. Good day.

I bet you'd be so scared out of your mind that they could pay you enough. Eugene might press the wrong button and go
"Uh-Oh" and might fly the plane around like crazy like its a toy.

How much would they have to pay you to go along with it?

If he is convicted of pergery I think he should get jail time. However I find 30 years to be ridiculous. In some states a person can get 10-15 years for 2nd degree murder and very few rapists serve over 5-7 years in jail. Yet his crime is not as severe as them but facing more time.

I don't know if this question can ever be answered. What do you all think?

If I could choose one QB, in his prime for just one play to win the Super Bowl...i would want Joe Montana.

If I could choose one QB, in his prime for just one drive to win the Super Bowl...I would want John Elway.

If I could choose one QB, in his prime for just one game to win the Super Bowl...I would want Johnny Unitis.

If i want a QB for pure statistical purposes...I would want Dan Marino.

Your thoughts.

I think that Washington Nationals should host the All-Star Game because the baseball team had returned to the nation capital for first time in 30 years since the Senators moved to Minnesota to became the Twins.

What is your opinion that which city could host the All-Star Game.

Driver safety has came along way in Nascar since Dale Sr. died. The cars are much safer, most all tracks have soft walls in the high impact areas. I like the fact that drivers are not being killed or seriously injured in these cars today.
There is still a risk of being hurt or killed in a Nascar stock car, but the chances of it are a lot less than in the past.
It almost always seems that the driver that is able to drive just on the edge of being out of control is faster. Do you think the drivers of today think less about injury than the drivers of say the 70's when on that edge?

In that season, they were only a win away from the playoffs. Matt Schaub played that game and the Pats were able to contain him, but they only won by 3.

Had Vick been the starter that game, would the Falcons have won?

Would they have made the playoffs that year?

Would Jim Mora still have a job with them?

There's been tons of Pats/Steelers taunting going on today, and I just wanted to throw out a "may the best team win!"

Hopefully it's a good, clean game and there aren't 4593 disputed calls by the refs. I'd like to see these two teams bring all they have and play some good ole smashmouth football. Can we all agree on that at least and end the work week on a good note between the two sides?

This is just a fun question so don't get all snarky about it! Yes, I said snarky.

Anyone else think Earl can beat Khan tommorow night, Ive seen pretty much all the fights both have had and Im not convinced Khans this great fighter he's publiced to be. Sure hes got lightnin quick handspeed but he seems to have to land a lot of punches to make them count, Earls different to the pansies hes fought in the past. The bookies dont give earl much of a chance and are offering 80/1 for earl to knock out Khan in the fifth. Anyone reackon thats worth a punt ?

What the Giants should do is keep their two young aces and sign Geoff Jenkins for his veteran leadership and clubhouse presence during the rebuilding years. He'll help develop the young hitters like he did in Milwaukee and still put up 20 HRs and 80 RBIs like Rios would. Plus, they can get him cheap.

once they rule a play as a "force out", the play is not reviewable.
Further, officials sometimes decide NOT to call the force-out when they believe the receiver has come down INBOUNDS with the ball (viewing it as superfluous), only to have the play CHALLENGED AND REVERSED because the affected receiver was out by a couple of inches, with no ability to retroactively say, "but he was forced out, so the play stands."

INTERESTING, EH? EH?
