How does a driver get a good car?

What qualities does a good car have?

If the driver had a good car for one particular race, why can't his team just create a similar car for the next race?

Why is it that some teams rarely have a good enough car to finish in the top 10? (i.e. Kyle Petty's team)

.....It looks to me like when he's reporting that he's actually day dreaming about being in one. Do you think it's going to bug him so much that he won't be able to stand it and drive a few races?

According to stats the only time india lost a match in 20-20 was when they fielded first so that means that they should bat first. But Australia lost its matches when it fielded second this means that india should bat second..it is really confusing. So what should MSD choose if he wins the toss today?

In close range I look at the chest, at farther range (where a kick is more likely)I look at their abdomen.... But I really dont focus my eyes at any one point.... But if I catch someone following my eyes I will make them pay.... I.E. 1.Look low, hit low, 2.look high hit high, 3.look low hit high, 4.look high hit low, 5.look high hit high... usually 1 and 2 miss (for a set-up) 3 and 4 land, 5 lands easily because hey are so confused.... I see many people saying keep eye conact, and I couldnt imagine anyone teaching his way.... your thoughts please???

I heard about him a few years ago and I did a ton of research and became intrigued. However, I've never met anyone else who's ever heard of him (other than hardcore F1 fans).
