I'd watch a few games, only partially tho.
I am tired of the NY hype too.
I don't think that there's reason to worry however, neither will make it that far this year.

Ahhhhh, no. The last one had good games, but what made it so sickening is that the Yankees won...again. The outcome was predictable. And talk to any fan outside of the east coast. Nobody likes New York teams because they're the biggest and richest. It's like getting beat up by the rich kid in school who has a neat haircut and perfect grades. The common folk won't stand for it.

As long as the Mets had a lead, I'd watch. Unfortunately, I just don't see the Mets beating the Yankees if that Series came to fruition.
However if the Mets could pull off the miracle, I'd be one happy camper. Like most people, I can't stomach the Yankees and every loss they have is a win for me.
Nice job, Greg Zaun!!!!!!

The word hype is not in my vocab, of course i'd watch. How weak is that. Just because my team is not in it does not make me not a fan. I'm a Baseball fan, that means i enjoy the game. I live in the Bay Area and yeah it would be nice if my A's made it to the playoffs, but there is next year. As far as not watching other teams in it, that's weak. Of course i'd watch a sub-way series.

I'd watch it because the Mets are not intimitated by the Yankemes like in 2000. The Mets have a powerful line-up. If they get hot they can beat anyone!!

Of course! The rest of the nation can get bent. New York is the greatest city in America. Most of those who would disagree with that have never even been there, and are just jealous, anyway.

i could, as a Mets fan, yet i could somewhat the Yankees not even attain the playoffs. additionally i think of that component of the reason in the back of the damaging rankings became into that a international sequence usually attracts from 2 markets instead of one.

I tried to avoid the last one. America wasn't quite as interested as Fox might have hoped.
I would guess it would be the same story this year.

NO! That 2000 subway series was too predictable and was the main reason I hardly watched it.
