I'm not sure how long his contract is, but i'd say yes he'll be back.
He's a GR8 guy and i'm not a big fan of the DH even tho i'm a White Sox fan.
I hope that he can overcome the injuries and cut down on strikeouts.

Thome is under contract with the White Sox through the 2008 season with a club option in 2009.
I don't see the White Sox getting rid of Thome next year.
