I am inclined to think that Cleveland blew their wad last week and that Oakland is primed for a nice game. I'm not betting on it or anything, but that is just my inkling.

The Browns without a doubt. The Raiders have a good defense, but can't stop the run, and Jamal Lewis will outperform Jordan any day of the week. 51 points last week was a fluke, but the Browns' offense preforming well was not. They have some great players, and just needed a QB who could get the ball to the playmakers. They'll be even better once Quinn is ready to play.

I will repeat this because people who do not follow the Browns keep spewing out the same nonsense: The Browns o-line is SOLID. They made major upgrades in the offseason (signed the best free agent on the market and drafted the best guy out of college) to a line that was hobbled by injuries last year. They gave up zero sacks last week and garnered over 215 yards rushing. The previous week there were 6 sacks, but FIVE of them were on the sack magnet Charlie Frye. Anderson has only been sacked once in 1 and 3/4 games.

The Raiders stunk last week. The only reason they were even in the game was because their defense scored twice. McCown is terrible, and will not have more than 175 yards passing. The Raiders have no chance unless their defense forces 3 or more turnovers, and they turn them into points.

Browns 24 Raiders 10

The Raiders have a great D, but unless Lamont Jordan has a big game, I see the Browns wearing out the Raiders with 25+ carries from Jamal Lewis.

The Browns also seem to have the Raiders' number. I think 17-14 Browns, along those lines. But remember, the wildcard is Lamont Jordan, if he gets his, different story.

Since McCown is starting for the Raiders I am going to say the Browns. If Culpepper was starting I would go with the Raiders.

Browns 28
Raiders 17

Josh McCown is the worst starting QB this week. I mean this guy really sucks bad. I find it hard to believe any NFL coach would start this moron.

My intellectual side tells me that the Raiders will win. They have a very good defense, and will likely shatter the Browns' weak offensive line throughout the game. They are also angry from their game with Denver last week, and will likely have something to prove.

However, with that said, my instinctual side also tells me that the Raiders will likely cost themselves them game sometime in the fourth quarter of the game since that's basically become a pattern to them as of late, so I honestly can't choose between my intellectual and instinctual sides...

if the raiders can lose they have a chance a a #1 pick again where they can take Darren Mcfadden to go along with Russell that would be a dangerous combination in the backfield so the Browns win out of default

The Browns without a doubt. I am a diehard Browns fan, and know undoubtedly that we are going to beat the Raiders. My prediction is 28-10 final score.
