i have an old steel-frame raleigh europa racing bike that i use to get around town and am finding that i frequently get punctures, roughly once every two weeks. i bought schwalbe puncture resistant slick tyres about a month ago but i'm replacing inner tubes at rate which makes me think that buying them in bulk would be helpful. i hit potholes every now and then and usually like to cycle pretty fast. could these be causes? if so, do i just need to cycle more cautiously?

I'm hearing reports the Patriots released Caldwell today. If true, is this a good move? I know they have a lot of good receivers this year, but he did well last season, and they decided to keep Kelly Washington instead. The problem is, Washington has been a disappointment so far in his career.

Yes, he's 14-10 which some would say is a decent record, but for Santana? He's suppose to be in the running for the Cy Young Award.

I know he hasn't been getting much run support, but can't the number on how many homerunes he's given up!

Is this just still a bad year for him? Is he still worth alot? How good does a pitcher have to be to throw only fastballs, changeups, and rarely a slider?
