I don't think the information is correct. Course rating is how much a scratch player would typically score on that course, while slope is an estimate of how a novice would score.

It doesn't make sense for a scratch player to be playing about 33 while novice players come in with scores of more than 100. Could be a misprint on the scorecard.

Ticktag is incorrect about slope. The slope is just a number that indicates how difficult the course is overall. 113 is considered average, so a slope of 102 means it is a pretty easy course. The slope has nothing to do with how someone shoots. If the rating is 33.5, then this is obviously a nine hole course. The rating is what a scratch golfer should shoot.
