I just noticed that Curtis Granderson might accomplish this feat this year. Not to mention he has 17 stolen bases as well! This guy is very underrated. 2008 Fantasy Baseball draft picks take note!

With try outs in the spring and a very good team, I need to improve my throwing distance and speed (velocity). What are some lifting and throwing etc. exercises I can do to improve my arm?

i saw 'em today. and personally, i think they look awsome. I like how on the front it says "vancouver". I think they look classy. brings back the old days. But I still don't think these jerseys beat there black,orange, and yellow jerseys of the early 90's.

Seriously, if Russell went back into the draft because this holdout has no end in sight, do you think he would be taken on the first day?

The Raiders dont have to kiss up to him. They have Culpepper and its not like they have a good enough team to make a serious run at the playoffs anyways. They can suck again next year and get McFadden, who is better then Russell.

On september 15 the cardinals have a double header against the cubs, and on their schedule the second game is listed to be on tv, but not the first one, as if it wasn't even going to be on cable tv... now first of all, why would you show one game on cable and another on tv, and second why would you show one game on tv and the other not at all? how stupid are they? and besides it's on a saturday so it's not conflicting with any real programs, maybe a movie or something... so why not show both games? and while we're on the subject why is it that they only show most games on cable anyway, why not show them on both tv and cable unless there's an important show on on tv...?
